How To Place An Order
We have made sure that our User Interface is simple and straightforward so as to give customers the best User Experience possible.
Shopping on Belle.ng is a breeze.
- Log on to the Belle.ng website.
- On the upper-left corner of your screen, click Menu - Account - Create Account ( this step is optional but advisable).
- On the Homepage, enter the first 3-4 characters of the name of the product you want to order. Our internal search mechanism automatically runs and throws out products closely matching those characters. If you can't find the product in the short result, you can go ahead to click on the "Search" button for a more thorough search.
- In the alternative, on the Belle.ng homepage, click on "ALL CATEGORIES", navigate to the category/department or subcategory where the product you want ought to be.
- Add product to cart and continue shopping for other products you want by repeating steps 3 and/or 4 and 5.
- Once you have all the products you want in your shopping cart, click on the shopping basket and navigate to " CHECKOUT" at the bottom.
- On the next page, supply all the particulars in the appropriate boxes. The fields marked with red asterisks are compulsory.
- Select your preferred shipping method and payment method.
- If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the section directly beneath Payment Method.
- Most times, customers may have different tastes/ preferences. In that case, you may give us instruction on what you want to be done differently by expanding and filing in your instructions in the section captioned "Do you have any comments?", just beneath the Payment Method section. For instance, if you don't want your fresh soup to be delivered hot but frozen instead, or you want your Egusi blended together with a certain quantity of Achi etc, you can use this section to command us. This section is also important in case you don't want to be called on the phone to get those instructions from you.
- If you choose the "Pay-On-Delivery" option, we would check our records if you have fulfilled the conditions precedent to enjoy this mode of checkout. If you are yet to fulfil the conditions, you will be required to do so before we can process your order. Please see the "Abridged Policy" document for more on this.
- You are also at liberty to use the Bank payment checkout option and then pay into our authorised corporate bank account. Payments made into any bank account other than our official bank account will not be honoured.
- If you choose to pay online with your card, you will be redirected to our payment partner's secure payment page. Fill all required boxes and proceed.
- Once you successful checkout, you will recieve a mail from us and from our payment processors; Paystack (If you paid online) and perhaps, from your bank.
- Our sales team will call and/text you to confirm your order and check if you have any custom instructions for your order.
- Our delivery personnel delivers your order in record time and you pay what is left of your bill (if you opted for pay on delivery).
- You can also pay into our bank account through any channel that suits you best, subject to confirmation of receipt of your payment by us.
Other Ways To Place Your Order
We do our best to ensure that our customers have an array of channels through which they can place an order with us. Now, customers won t have a problem placing an order when they are out of data, poor signal or any other reasons.
- Click here to chat with our sales team on Whatsapp . One of the advantages of shopping with us is that we do our best to give you a feel of the products you have ordered even before we deliver them. You can request for real time videos or product pictures of your order and we do our best to supply them whenever possible. We put ourselves in your shoes whenever you place an order. If it's not good enough for us, we can't supply it to you. You can always trust our specially trained team of dedicated shoppers to deliver only the best quality groceries to you. - You can chat our agents on Facebook messenger from our Facebook page.
- You can call us on the phone and orally give us instructions about your preferences or place an order. You can as well make a list of items you want and send to us by text or call at 08068528091.
- You can make your shopping list and send to us through mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ensure that you supply your name, address and phone number whenever you place an order through any of these medium.
- You are required to make payment into our authorised bank account if you opt for any of the order medium above. (Same rules apply as to payments/ Pay-On-Delivery).
- All orders placed through any of the channels are governed by the Terms and conditions on our website. Orders shall be treated as if same was placed on the website.
- Failure to abide by any of these terms/instructions may lead to cancellation of orders.
