AGE LIMITATION AND ACCURATE RECORDS
Our services are meant for persons who has attained majority in accordance with the Laws operational at the time being. By age of majority, every user of our website or any product offered through our website must not be below the age of 18. In the event that a minor desires to use any of our services, it is advised that such must be done under the supervision of an adult person. You use or continued use of Belle.ng is construed that you are an adult person. Some of our services require users to register an account by providing and submitting their details to us. You agree to supply us with accurate information and in the event that any of such information changes in future, you agree to put us in the know by updating such information. Should you willfully supply false data to us or neglect, fail or refuse to update any such information, Belle.ng reserves the right to terminate your right to continue using our services without notice to you. Furthermore, should we incur any loss by the reason of any such misrepresentation or negligence on your path, we may proceed against you according to the Laws in force at the time being.
ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP, USAGE AND LIABILITY.
PRODUCTS, WEIGHT AND PRICING
We make concerted effort to ensure that the content of our website such as product images, product prices, product description, ingredients etc, are accurate. Notwithstanding, we do not guarantee that they are error free and we shall not be liable to any user on that basis. By using our services, you agree to absolve Belle.ng of any damages or inconvenience that may arise as a result of such human error. We make effort to ensure that the product images, labels and other publication are correctly depicted on our website. However, there are chances that the packaging and labels of the actual product may differ slightly from our images. Also, be informed that prices of items that need to be weighed, including but not restricted to the following; meat, tubers, fruits, fish etc, may be guide prices or approximated to enable you make an informed buying decision. The weight of the actual product may vary slightly, either higher or lower than supplied on our website. You agree that this shall not constitute a breach of purchase agreement reached with Belle.ng by the reason of using our services. We also reserve the right to cancel any order or part of it if such an order is for a product that is wrongly priced or contains one of such products. We may contact you to inform you about this development in order to renegotiate the terms.
ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
We make diligent efforts to fulfill any order received on Belle.ng, nevertheless, It is well within the rights of Belle.ng to accept, process or cancel any orders placed with us and any such decision of Belle.ng shall be communicated to you within the earliest possible time. We shall not be liable to you for any damages or inconvenience that such a decision may occasion.
MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND ALCOHOL
In line with best practices, Belle.ng discourages self-medication. We advise that every purchase and administration of drugs must be done in accordance to a doctor’s prescription and supervision by an adult in case of a minor. Drugs should be kept away from the reach of children. We may refuse to deliver medical products to a minor if we envisage it to be improper. However, Belle.ng shall not be held liable for any wrong administration or accidental application by a minor. Alcoholic drinks may only be ordered by persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By placing an order for such products on our website, you confirm by implication that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
In the course of our business with you, we use the information supplied by you at the time of order notwithstanding any differences in the information contained in your account as a registered user of Belle.ng. There may be need to contact you by any means supplied by you to discuss any circumstances including but not restricted to alteration of order, availability of a particular product, difficulty in delivery, cancellation of orders, returns, replacement, refund etc. We allow a response window of not more than 10 minutes starting from the time of first contact with you. Any correspondence with us must be channeled to the official contact addresses of Belle.ng. Other than that, we are not bound by any agreement reached or communicated to us or to you through channels of persons not authorized expressly by us to so do.
Belle.ng shall make every effort to deliver orders within 30 minutes to 3 hours from time of order. However, situations may warrant a change in our delivery policy. In the event of such a delay, you shall be promptly communicated within the earliest possible time. Belle.ng makes efforts to deliver your order to your doorstep, however, if there is difficulty in accessing your location by any factor including but not restricted to poor connectivity, improper numbering, poor access roads, riot or any law in force, we may within our discretion, cancel or reschedule such order, request a different delivery address, or demand that you meet us at the closest rendezvous to your original location. Be also informed that upon getting to your location, we allow a maximum waiting period of 10 minutes after which your delivery shall be returned by our dispatcher. In that case, a rescheduled delivery shall attract an extra delivery fee as may be discussed and agreed with you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
When we receive customer orders, we begin processing them immediately. And because we do not hold our own inventory and we only purchase from supermarkets and retail outlets when customers place orders, as soon as customers pay for their orders, we start purchasing their selected items from the supermarkets. The retailers we buy from have a no-return policy so, we in turn, are unable to return any items customers purchase from us to the retailers. Thus, once an order has been paid for, Belle.ng is unable to accept a cancellation of the order, neither is Belle.ng able to process a refund to the customer's bank account. This, however, does not affect your rights to a refund in the event that an incorrect or damaged item is delivered.
f we deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by us), we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. For us to replace such items, customers will need to notify the delivery personnel of their observation at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of their order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and we shall be unable to accept any returns. For this reason, we ask customers to carefully check and confirm the accuracy of their order with the delivery personnel before acknowledging receipt by signing. We will not accept returns for items that have no material damage to them. Products that are materially intact but whose packaging may have scratches, peels, tearing, dents, discolouration, rust, or any other aesthetic impairment that does not affect the taste, functionality or integrity of the actual product may not be accepted by us as a return.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will make reasonable effort to source them within the next earliest possible time. If, after our checks, the item remains out of stock, any credit due to you will be refunded to a bank account in your name, provided by you within 24 hrs. In instances where your address is not within our delivery coverage locations or we later receive a payment which did not reflect in our account at the time you made it, we may process a refund to your account after deducting relevant bank charges.

If you have any complaints with respect to the infringement of your copyright, kindly write to Belle Foods & Events at Hello@belle.ng Where you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed upon on our website, please notify us by email. We expeditiously respond to all concerns regarding copyright infringements. We request that you provide the following information along with your complaint: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work for the purposes of the complaint. A proper description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. A description of the location of the infringing material on our Website. The address, telephone number or e-mail address of the complaining party. A statement made by the complaining party that he, in good-faith, believe that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or by law. A statement deposed to under oath, that the information in the notice of copyright infringement is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Belle Foods and Events that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

This request may be granted if it does not impact our ability to effectively fulfil your current as well as future orders.
